Following this principle, Gebauer & Griller developed and patented the use of aluminum and the related innovative contacting technologies for the mass production of battery harnesses.
The advantage of aluminum is obvious: up to 40% weight savings compared to customary copper cables.
With the establishment of our development and competence center at the location Poysdorf we have combined our forces in order to always be one step ahead regarding technology.
Here our pool of specialists finds the possibilities to develop customer- and application-specific solutions up to the start of production.
New products are realized in state-of-the-art plants.
We cooperate closely with our partners. Resident engineers in OEMs act as an important operator-interface between the development departments of our customers and our business unit research and development.
