Nickel Wires
In the Nickel Alloys Division of the metal works we develop alloys of nickel, cobalt and copper using all elements from the spectrum of metals. These alloys are produced by ingot casting and used as semi-finished metal products from fine wire to forging rod for various applications. Our expertise is found in metallurgy and forming. 

We are able to control all production steps from melting to semi-finished products and can thus offer tailor-made special solutions.

Composite Wires
We are experienced in the development and production of so called "composite wires", a combination of two metals and/or alloys applying one partner as the core and the other as a thick coat. The cross-sectional area of the coat may vary from approx. 20% to 80% depending on the material chosen. The very good metallic combination of the two metals is critical.

Specific Material properties in round and flat composite wires can be achieved which can offer advantages over normally alloyed materials..

Winding Wires
In the  Winding Wires Field, optimized mechanical properties and lower insulation thicknesses provide at least the same insulating characteristics and even better thermal long-term durability. These are the focus of our R&D activities.
Improved enamel systems. Newly designed foils processed on state of the art, predominately, self-designed machines, guarantee a constant continual development of the product range. Continuous process monitoring is a critical element in this process.
