Automotive - battery harnesses
Our production program is completed by the manufacturing of aluminum and copper battery harnesses.
In line with the principle "energy made easy" the use of aluminum in battery harnesses was made ready for series production, and a patent was filed. With these innovative technologies, large series of automobiles were equipped with aluminum harnesses for the first time worldwide. In case of limited installation space flat as well as solid wire constructions fulfill individual requirements. Wire constructions developed especially for the hybrid environment can also be used in this sensitive area.
Gebauer & Griller battery harnesses have been tested and approved for automobile bodywork, underbody and engine compartments.
KCross sections from 10² to 160² are contacted. At the moment contacting of wire cross sections <10² is being tested. It is expected to go into production within a short time.
Following the trend in the automotive industry towards the use of hybrid technology we also offer appropriate solutions in this area.
